What are the deadlines for submission?
Deadline for registration: 04 March 2016 and deadline for submission of short film: 07 April 2016
Who can participate?
The competition is open to two categories of filmmakers: Professionals & Amateurs
Which device can be used to record the film?
The films may be recorded using a mobile phone, camcorder, digital camera or any other videography devices and must be of viewable quality. Animated films/clips will also be considered. The films should be uploadable on social networks (for eg. YouTube).
What will be the duration of the film?
The film must be of 5 to 10 minutes duration.
