INVITATION FOR BID
Rental of Parking Space in Port Louis
1. The Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) intends to rent a maximum of four (4) parking space located in Port Louis preferably in the vicinity of the New Court House (Building hosting the Intermediate Court of Mauritius).
2. Bidding documents will be available as from Monday 08 April 2019 at the ICAC Headquarters, Réduit Triangle, Moka, or by downloading free of charge from the ICAC website (www.icac.mu).
3. Bids in a sealed envelope should be deposited in the Quotation Box situated at ground floor, ICAC Headquarters Réduit Triangle, Moka not later Friday 26 April 2019 at 11.00 hours. The cover of the envelope should contain the following information – Procurement No 31 of 2018 /2019 (Rental of Parking Space in Port Louis), the closing date for submission and name of the Bidder. All bids should be duly signed. Bids that are not duly signed, as well as late bids will be disqualified automatically.
4. The ICAC reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation and annul the bidding process and reject all offers at any time prior to award of Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any bidder or any obligation to inform the bidder of the grounds for its action.
