Disclosure of Declarations is provided for under Section 7 of the Declaration of Assets Act 2018, as amended.
Subject to Section 7(1) the ICAC shall disclose to the public declarations made by the following persons only:
1. Members of the National Assembly, including the speaker.
2. Members of Rodrigues Regional Assembly (RRA), including the Chairperson.
3. Councillors of a Municipal City Council, Municipal Town Council, or District Council.
This is the first batch of declarations which is being disclosed. Other batches will follow in the coming days.
The declarations can be accessed by clicking here or as per below:
1. From the Main page, by clicking on the Disclosure button found on the “Disclosure of Declaration” slide.
2. Through the DOA item on the menu bar.
